Appearing as Chibi Maru Godzilla Series No.1001 is the hybrid of technology and monster: Mecha-King Ghidorah. The memorable central mechanical head and dramatic wing spread from the movie are fully recreated here. What’s more, this is the first in the series to use brand-new molds, making it a significantly evolved model in terms of design.

Designed to be beginner-friendly, the kit requires no glue or paint. With color-separated molded parts and pre-cut stickers, anyone can easily achieve a realistic finish. Features like “touch gates” that let you remove parts with your fingers, and snap-fit construction that requires no tools, make it simple to assemble. Despite having a volume of 179 parts, the kit is structured to be easy to follow step-by-step.

Though a deformed model, the level of detail is astounding. The precision of the central mechanical neck, the powerful laser beam cannon in its mouth, and the glow of the clear green eyes—all come together in a model that offers new discoveries every time you look at it. Multiple ball joints in the head, legs, and tail allow for dynamic posing to recreate your favorite scenes.

The torso features a cockpit from the time machine “KID” and mechanical hands used for capturing Godzilla, integrating elements from Mecha-King Ghidorah’s storyline. A spring part that acts as a neural wire moves in sync with the neck, capturing not just the look but the “motion” of the world. Even the soles of the feet, noticeable during flight poses, are intricately detailed—sure to please collectors.

The finished model measures approximately 16×20×22cm, offering a strong presence while remaining display-friendly.
