This time! ......I heard that it became a hot topic on SNS at the end of the year! What on earth is that tokusatsu hero!? If you read this article, you might...... just might...... understand something about that hero?

First of all, to explain in one sentence, the tokusatsu TV drama TAROMAN does exist!

To explain in more detail, it is the 2022 tokusatsu TV drama ”TAROMAN: Taro Okamoto-Style Tokusatsu Action Drama,” which was created based on the concept of a ”tokusatsu hero show broadcast in the 1970s” and themed around the words and works of artist Taro Okamoto! There were many questioning voices saying, ”Wait, wasn't TAROMAN not broadcast in 1970???” but it’s basically a slightly mysterious tokusatsu drama with a retro atmosphere!

What TAROMAN fights are the (real-life) artworks of Taro Okamoto that have become monsters called ”Kijuu” (strange beasts)! What kind of hero is this!

When the theatrical version was released in 2025, an exhibition event was also held! Since the artist's works attack as monsters, the exhibition was very artistic! It had a certain retro feel, to the point where one might doubt if it was truly an exhibition for a movie released in 2025.
