Unbelievable! We have an unusually early announcement this year!? Usually, info on the next Rider drops around summer, but this year it’s out early~!

So, here's what happened! On April 3rd, Toei held a 'Kamen Rider' 55th Anniversary presentation! While we got updates on the currently airing Kamen Rider Zetz, they also dropped a huge surprise—early info on next year's Rider, which we usually don't get until summer!

What was announced is the 55th Anniversary commemorative work—the title and name of the new Kamen Rider starting next year. And that name is...... Kamen Rider MY-TH! 'Myth' obviously refers to legends, but apparently, the hyphen in the middle carries weight too. Plus, the staff hinted that the logo's shape holds clues about what kind of Rider he is.

......Hearing that, you can't help but think the motif is a mouse, right? Many fans are theorizing it's a mouse because of the 'small yellow cheese' vibe and the 'small creature' comment. Also, since the plural of mouse is 'mice,' people think 'MY-TH' might be a double meaning for 'Mice'! What a clever play on words!
