This time! The sequel to that blockbuster theatrical film has been greenlit! The release date is...... believe it or not, this November! Isn't that coming quite soon!?

”Do you all remember Godzilla-1.0? It was a film released in 2024. It focused on the terror of the unknown monster, Godzilla, while also thoroughly depicting the drama of the humans who stood up against it. It was a Godzilla series film marking the 70th anniversary of Godzilla’s creation, and it even won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects, the first time in the history of Japanese and Asian cinema to do so at the 96th Academy Awards!

What has been announced this time is Godzilla-0.0, the sequel to that Godzilla-1.0! It seems that two years have passed in the story as well. By the way, the '-1.0' apparently means, 'Godzilla appears as if to strike a final blow to a Japan that had already become zero after the war, plunging this country into the negative.' Since the number has changed, and the Godzilla that was supposed to have plunged the country into the negative is gone, the number has become -0.0, or has returned to zero. ......or so it should be, but......

There is still a lot of undisclosed information, but the theatrical release date has been set for November 3, 2026, about half a year from now! There is surprisingly little time left, so by all means, let’s watch the previous film, Godzilla-1.0, before the release so that you can enjoy Godzilla-0.0 even more!
